Czech Language Program
Students with measurable proficiency in Czech who wish to begin Czech language study at Columbia at a level other than the first-semester, first-year course (Czech 1101: Elementary Czech I), or who wish to test out of an undergraduate foreign language requirement, should contact Christopher W. Harwood [email protected] to make an appointment for a proficiency test in spoken and written Czech. Columbia undergraduate and graduate students may also take this test if they need an attestation of their proficiency in Czech for a fellowship, internship or job application or the like.
